Knowledge, experience and ability to manage the key operational areas/divisions of; maintenance and search and rescue. We are looking for a candidate with a combination of excellent technical, managerial and communication skills. Required: U.S. Coast Guard Boat Operator’s License. Any combination of experience and education equivalent to a bachelor’s degree and six years of progressively responsible supervisory experience managing a large municipal, other public and private marina (300+berths), commercial fishing harbor or yacht harbor as a senior manager, including at least three years of experience supervising subordinate personnel and management of waterfront operations. Valid driver’s license required.
Annual Range: $$82,830.27 - $126,716.82 (Advanced placement based on experience)
