The ideal candidate will plan and coordinate activities of all ship repair projects to ensure that goals and objectives of each project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. The Shipyard Superintendent will be responsible for continuous field supervision of all Production Supervisors, perform essential duties and responsibilities personally or through coordination with production departments. Supervisory experience required, along with the ability to work nights and weekends. Bachelor degree in engineering and five to ten years of relevant experience in ship construction or repair required; or equivalent combination of education and experience that enables performance of all aspects of the position.
