The ideal candidates must have a combination of credentials, expertise and passion for the marine industry. A Post Secondary degree will be an asset and relevant certifications and management experience are preferred. These roles will require high level leadership, strong marine experience and a commitment to ethics and safety. Experience managing within a unionized environment will also be an asset.
